Please note your phone call/message will be responded to within 24-48 hours. Our team is available Monday to Friday, from7:00 AM to 3:00 PM. If you are contacting your Primary Care team during the weekends or holidays, you will be contacted to the next business day.

To help us serve you efficiently, we kindly ask that you do not call our office if you have already contacted us via the Pollin App, as this may delay response times. We will get back to you as soon as possible.

‍If you are in an active Cycle Monitoring treatment plan:
‍The Cycle Monitoring team will be release your results/instructions via the Pollin App Results within the same day Monday to Sunday by 4 PM.

If you experience a medical emergency, please call 911 or visit your nearest emergency department. We understand the importance of your fertility journey, and we will make every effort to address your needs as soon as possible.
