Low Intervention Cycle Monitoring Patient Handout

As a Pollin patient, we are aiming to create a seamless flow for you with communication of your results and instructions at the clinic.
Here is what to expect once you start your Cycle Monitoring process:
Baseline blood and pelvic/transvaginal (full bladder) ultrasound (Day 2-5 of your cycle)
- You will be advised by Pollin staff if you need to stay upon completion of blood and ultrasound. We will only need to see you if:some text
- You need to pick up medications for the cycle.
- By 3 PM, please check your Pollin App in the Results tab for your instructions and next steps here. some text
- Newly added results will populate here.
- Select any hormone result by clicking into See Details.
- Scroll down to review your instructions. This is where you will be advised of your next steps.
- If you have questions, please call the office before 3 PM and we would be happy to clarify your instructions.
At your next Blood and transvaginal (empty bladder) ultrasound visits
- You will come in as scheduled for your blood and ultrasound appointment.
- You do not need to stay to see the nurse, unless advised by Pollin staff or if you have questions pertinent to your cycle.
- By 3 PM, please check your Pollin App in the Results tab for your instructions and next steps here. some text

- Scroll down to review your instructions. This is where you will be advised of your next steps.
- We will only call you with next steps if:
- You are taking daily injections
- Will be triggered for ovulation
- Will be booked in for your insemination (IUI/TDI)
