Pre-implantation Genetic Testing (PGT-A) $5,100

Inclusions:

• All lab fees and testing for up to 5 embryos
• Additional embryo testing: $400.00 per embryo
• Additional ploidy testing: $1500 up to 5 embryos

Exclusions:

• Medication ranges between $6,000 to $,8000 plus, depending on your protocol. *Medication prices are subject to change without notice.
• Does not include embryo transfer.
• Annual storage fee after the 1st year
