Genetic Counselling with Igenomix for PGT-A Results

Your physician has recommended a complimentary genetic counselling session with Igenomix to help you better understand your Preimplantation Genetic Testing for Aneuploidy (PGT-A) results.
Here is how you schedule with Igenomix for Genetic Counselling:
There is an online scheduler that will allow you to choose PGT-A results appointment time that works best for you. Here is the online scheduler link: Results Appointment (Canada)
- When you click on this link, it will take you to the genetic counselling appointment scheduler.
- Please select PGT-A then select "Schedule your post-test results appointment." Once at our scheduler, please select the state you will be located in at the time of the appointment and the time that works best for you.
- Please let them know if you or anyone else participating in the call will be physically located in a different state (i.e. on vacation or travelling for work) at the time of your appointment, as they will need to confirm the genetic counsellor holds a license to practice in that state.
An Igenomix genetic counsellor will call you at the phone number you provide at the time of your appointment. The average call takes about 15 minutes. All calls may be monitored and recorded for record-keeping, training, and quality-assurance purposes.
TO KNOW BEFORE SCHEDULING YOUR APPOINTMENT:
- Questions regarding embryo morphology grading and other processes specific to Pollin Fertility are better addressed with Pollin.
- Igenomix genetic counsellors are only able to counsel on information that is already present on your report. If you are hoping to discuss information that is not already present on your report (sex, mosaicism, etc.), an amended report must be generated before this information can be discussed.
- Some patients have found it helpful to have received a copy of their report from their doctor and to know their clinic’s policies regarding transfer, storage, and disposition of embryos.
