• Self-pay cost for reviewing previous carrier screening results not done at Pollin or do not have any carrier screening testing done: $149
• Donor match consults (1st donor): $154
• Donor match consults (2nd donor in the same appointment): $89

Genescreen schedulers review billing information with patients at the time of scheduling to ensure there are no surprise bills. Please note these costs are subjected to change.
