Process: 

For patients looking into donor egg, this is what you need to know:

• You will need to research above Donor Egg Banks for all information related to donor eggs
• You will pay directly to the egg bank
• The costs are often based on the number of donor eggs you purchase
• Estimated price for donor eggs: $30k CAD. Note: These are estimated costs only and can vary between egg banks 

Once your donor eggs have been purchased, your Donor Egg Bank will advise on the shipping process to Pollin Fertility.

Once Pollin Fertility has received your donor eggs, we can then initiate:

• Egg thaw and fertilization with sperm cycle: $6500 
• Sperm:
  • Using partner sperm: your partner will be advised when he can come in to provide a semen sample on site
  • Using donor sperm: you must ensure 1 vial of your donor sperm is delivered to us 
• If you wish to do Preimplantation genetic testing for Aneuploidy (PGT-A): $5000 up to 5 embryos 
• Frozen Embryo Transfer (FET): $2950 + cost of medication which is dependent on the plan your physician will create for you
