The Pollin X Modern Miracle Foundation IVF Grant program
We are proud to partner with The Modern Miracle Foundation, a registered Canadian charity, founded to ease the financial burden for families requiring IVF treatment to build their families. Through this exclusive partnership, successful Pollin patient applicants will receive an (up to) $10,000 grant.
*Eligible treatments include:
- Offset the cost of 1 IVF cycle
- Cover the cost of 1 x Frozen Embryo Transfer of previously frozen embryo
- Cover the cost of 1 x Egg Thaw/Fertilization cycle of previously frozen eggs + transfer (FET or Fresh)
*Applicant is only eligible for 1 grant for 1 of the above treatment options
*All grants exclude the cost of medications
*Grant is only eligible to cover 1 cycle/treatment

Your Employee Health Benefit program.
More and more Canadian employers are offering fertility specific employee benefits to help offset the cost of fertility treatments. Many benefit programs cover a set amount towards the cost of treatments, and or, medication costs associated with treatments. You can inquire about specific coverage by calling your benefit provider directly or speaking with your company's HR department. If you have a partner, ensure they look into their benefits as well.
Did you know that certain fertility medical expenses are tax deductible in Ontario?
The medical expense tax credit will cover 25% of eligible fertility expenses up to $5000 per year. It is important that you keep all of your treatment related receipts for tax filing. For more information, a full list of allowable expenses and how to claim, visit the CRA website.
